This makes 6 small bundt cakes or one large bundt cake

- Half a cup of infused butter or coconut oil (soft almost melted)
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 and a half teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 and ¾ cups of white flour
- 1 cup of sour cream
- ¾ cup of brown sugar
- 1 and a half teaspoons of cinnamon powder
- Cooking oil spray (Or you can use butter to grease the pan)
You will need the following items:
- Bundt pan (you can also use a cake pan)
- Hand Mixer
- 1 medium sized mixing bowl
- 1 small bowl
- Measuring cups and spoons
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
In a medium mixing bowl add the infused butter and white sugar. Use the hand mixer setting on low and blend the butter and sugar together, about 30 seconds. Make sure to use the spatula to scrape around the bowl after each step, this way everything gets mixed well.
Blend in 1 egg at a time using the hand mixer.
Add the vanilla extract using the spatula to mix it in.
Add the baking soda to the flour. Carefully add the flour in three separate parts, use the hand mixer on low to blend.
Add the sour cream and blend with the hand mixer.
In a separate small bowl add the cinnamon powder to the brown sugar and set aside.
Grease the pan with cooking spray. Fill the cake pan with half the cake mix. Now spread about ¾ of the cinnamons sugar on top of the cake mix in the pan. Add the rest of the cake mix on top and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar on top of that.
Bake in a preheated oven for 40 to 50 min depending on your oven.
You can check if it’s done by poking a toothpick through the cake. If it comes out clean, it’s ready!
The potency of your baked goods will depend on the strength of the infused butter or oil you use. If you are using 1000mg of thc in this recipe you need to divide that by the number of portions you will slice. If you cut 6 portions that would make each slice 166mg of thc.
Store in the fridge or freezer for longer.
